A Glossier pop-up is coming to London soon

Boy Brow fans, rejoice!

Beloved millennial makeup and skincare brand Glossier will be opening a London pop-up this autumn, according to its founder Emily Weiss.

Weiss revealed plans to open a pop-up in the capital this autumn in an interview with the Financial Times. Currently the only way for UK-based customers to get their hands on Glossier products is by purchasing them online.

Few other details of the launch were shared, so you'll have to watch this space. Glossier first held a pop up in the capital in November 2017 to celebrate its UK launch.

There are currently only two permanent bricks and mortar Glossier outposts: the brand's flagship in New York, which sees a footfall of 50,000 visitors per month according to the FT, and another in LA, though the brand just opened a pop-up in Boston (below) which will run until October 4.

Glossier is known for cult products like its Milky Jelly cleanser (£8) and Boy Brow grooming sticks (£14), one of which was sold every 32 seconds worldwide last year, the FT notes.

This year the brand has made some big moves. Most recently, it launched a limited-edition clothing line, Glossiwear, featuring slogan sliders, hoodies and accessories, while in March it unveiled its cosmetics offshoot, Glossier Play, which included hero products like the Vinylic Lip high-shine lacquer, Niteshine highlighter and Glitter Gelée palettes.

Speaking to the FT, Weiss said that global expansion is a big focus for the brand over the next six months: "We are a global company. Roughly fifty per cent of our followers are international and so we’re trying to get our products into our followers’ hands as quickly as we can," she said.
