Young rugby player killed by electric railway at Wandsworth station

Police today appealed for information after a young rugby player was killed when he stumbled on to the electric rail at Wandsworth station.

Dan Robinson, 21, who played for Gordons Rugby Club in Sydney, died on 24 January. He had been to the Walkabout bar in Temple but left alone at 1.18am. At 4.41am he was seen on CCTV at the station.

Anyone with information should call British Transport Police on 0800 40 50 40.
