We've split, says Kylie's lover

James Gooding finally put an end to rumours surrounding his on/off relationship with Kylie Minogue last night, confirming for the first time that he had split with the singer.

Model Gooding's comment "We're split, that's it", appears to be the final nail in the coffin for the couple's two-andahalf year relationship.

Kylie first met Gooding at a party in Los Angles in 1999, but they first got together at the Brit Awards in 2000.

After a string of broken relationships with INXS star Michael Hutchence, Neighbours co-star Jason Donovan and actor Rupert Penry-Jones, Minogue fell for Gooding after meeting him at the ceremony in March of that year.
