Video: Moment Chile shook under earthquake

The moment the 8.8-magnitude quake hit Chile was captured on CCTV.
The death toll from the quake stands at 795, officials say, but emergency workers also say 19 people are still unaccounted for.
Thousands more troops have been sent to the city of Concepcion, the worst hit area, to stop looting and to deliver aid. Dozens of looters have been arrested.
President Michelle Bachelet said, with two million left homeless, it could cost up to $30 billion to rebuild the country.
She appealed for calm as she visited Concepcion, where half a million people have lost their homes.
