US teacher ‘shoots school principal’

A teacher in the United States has been charged with shooting and wounding two colleagues at his school.

Mark Stephen Foster, 48, is alleged to have shot Principal Elisa Luna, who is in a critical condition, and Assistant Principal Amy Brace, who is stable, at the primary school in Knoxville, Tennessee, about an hour after children were dismissed because of snow yesterday.
