Soho website keeps watch on criminals

Shopkeepers in Soho will be able to keep an eye on potential troublemakers by watching each other's CCTV footage on a website set up by Westminster council in a bid to cut crime.

Accessing the site, expected to be set up next year, will cost shops £1 a day. Staff will also be able to contact police on radios with panic buttons to call for help.
