Traces of antidepressant drug Prozac have been found in drinking water, a report has revealed. Although the exact amount is unknown, residues of it

It was a ‘potential concern’, as Prozac in the water table could be toxic. But
the Drinking Water Inspectorate said the Prozac was unlikely to be harmful as it would be so diluted.

Prozac use in Britain has jumped in the past decade to more than 24million prescriptions a year.
