Prince to rock Glastonbury

13 April 2012

REM, Radiohead and Prince will top the bill at this year's Glastonbury Festival.

Although organisers have not confirmed acts, Radiohead's website says that the band will perform on the festival's main stage on Saturday 28 June. REM will play on the Friday and Prince is expected to close the event on the Sunday.

The 150,000-ticket event is going ahead despite opposition from many local residents over public order issues.
