Priest charged over child pictures

A senior Catholic priest has been charged with child pornography offences after police seized his home computer.

The Dean of Reading, Father Michael O'Kelly, is to appear before magistrates on two charges involving pornographic pictures of young children.

The 46-year-old priest was re-arrested last night when he appeared at a police station to answer bail for his arrest last year.
