New broom at £8m Sanctuary

MUSIC company Sanctuary Group has reshuffled its board with current chief executive officer Andy Taylor moving into the executive chairman role left vacant by the retirement of David Marshall.

A £7.8m deal to buy Kylie Minogue calendar group Bravado concluded on Friday. Full-year pre-tax profits rose 88% to £7.7m on sales up 87% to £82.3m. Earnings per share grew 39% to 2.43p. The dividend increases 20% to 0.3p.
