Mother fearful over her 2012 Olympic ambassador teen's fate in court

The mother of a teenage Olympic ambassador accused of rioting today told of her anxiety as her daughter was remanded in custody again today.

Chelsea was stripped of her role as a 2012 ­ambassador after being charged with burglary, violent disorder and hurling bricks at a police car in Enfield. Mrs Ives, 47, of Leytonstone, has not seen her daughter since her arrest and said she was fearful about the sentence she may face.
