Judge halts Guantanamo prisoner's trial

A US judge today threw the military tribunals planned for Guantanamo Bay detainees into doubt by ruling they were "unconstitutional".

Federal judge James Robertson halted the military trial of a man alleged to be Osama bin Laden's driver, saying he was entitled to a hearing on whether he is a prisoner of war.

Four Britons are among those waiting to go before the tribunals.
