India's Reliance to sell £445m bond

INDIA'S only private oil refiner, Reliance Industries, has appointed Credit Suisse First Boston to sell a $750m (£445m) bond, according to market insiders. The bond is likely to have a five-year maturity and could go to the market within the next 10 days. The company recently announced a second-quarter net profit of 12.63bn rupees (£160m), a 26% increase on a year earlier.
