Holocaust denier freed from prison in Germany

Far-right activist Ernst Zundel was released from prison in Germany today after serving a five-year sentence for denying the Holocaust.

About 20 supporters clapped and shouted "bravo" as Zundel, 70, left the prison in Mannheim.

He said he was not sure if he would return to Canada, from where he was deported in 2005 to face 14 counts of inciting hatred over his anti-Semitic activities.
