Gold Mines plans amalgamation

GOLD Mines of Sardinia plans an 'amalgamation' with Full Riches Investment of Canada to raise funds. It would shift its Sardinia interests into a new Canadian subsidiary. Shareholders vote on 23 December. If they reject the plan, a joint venture with Full Riches is possible. GMS fell 1p to 10p.
