Ex-WorldCom chief Sullivan in court

SCOTT Sullivan, former WorldCom chief financial officer, is expected to plead not guilty on Wednesday to Oklahoma state charges of defrauding investors and lying about company finances.

He has denied similar federal charges. Oklahoma attorney general Drew Edmonson laid charges last month, saying federal authorities' actions had so far been inadequate.
