Dragon launches fund in Vietnam

BRITISH firm Dragon Capital, the biggest foreign investor in Vietnam's tiny stock market, said today that it has launched a first fund for retail investors to buy stocks and bonds.

The Vietnam Securities Investment Fund (VF1), a closed-ended fund worth an initial 300bn (£10.8m), will sell units of 10,000 dong (36p) until 25 April.
