Deloitte planning £2.1bn buyout

THE £2.1bn consulting arm of accounting giant Deloitte & Touche is reportedly planning a management buyout.

The process, which will be unveiled to partners this week, is being led by John Connolly, senior partner of the UK firm Deloitte & Touche, the Sunday Times reported.
