The family of a TV executive who died after falling down a cliff in Majorca may sue a hotel.

Sallie Augustidis-Ebden's husband Dimitri said a terrace at Hotel Bendinat needed a fence. "There is a drop of 40 feet with nothing to stop someone falling,"he said.

Palma Pictures executive Mrs Augustidis-Ebden, 41, of Crouch End, who had daughters aged five and three, is thought to have been at a hotel bar.
