Cyclist seriously injured after collision with car on Vauxhall Bridge

A cyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a car on Vauxhall Bridge this morning.

The 42-year-old woman was treated at the scene by paramedics and doctors before being rushed to hospital with head and hip injuries.

London Ambulance said it was called at 11.20 am and sent a bicycle paramedic, ambulance crews and doctors from the London Air Ambulance service to the scene.

The woman was taken with serious injuries to the King’s College Hospital.
