Café shooting victim named

Family man: Joseph Olliffe, killed by two shots to the head, had two young children

This is the first picture of the father of two who was shot dead in a café.

Joseph Olliffe, 35, from Bromley, was fatally wounded last Wednesday at the DA Sandwich & Café in Court Road, Mottingham, south-east London.

A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as two gunshot wounds to the head. Mr Olliffe had a long-term partner, with whom he had a three-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl.

Gary Oxley, 48, a trainee driving instructor from south-east London, has appeared at Greenwich magistrates' court charged with murder.
