British tourist stabbed in Cyprus

A 21-year-old British holidaymaker is in a critical condition at a hospital in Cyprus after being stabbed by fellow Britons in Ayia Napa.

Two suspects, aged 21 and 20, are being held for questioning in connection with the incident.

Police said the man was knifed four times during an argument. It is the fourth stabbing in Ayia Napa in a month. Police suspect at least three of the attacks are related to the garage music scene.
