Blair and US envoy in talks on Iraq future

Tony Blair is today holding talks in Downing Street on the rebuilding of Iraq with America's special envoy James Baker,
writes Charles Reiss.
Top of the agenda is the effort to tackle $120 billion of international debt. Mr Baker is on a round of European capitals, including Paris and Berlin, to attempt to have the debt repayments delayed or written off.
The concession is seen as critical to the reconstruction of the country.
