Becks denies Jordan's hint of affair

13 April 2012

David Beckham has issued a strenuous denial after glamour model Jordan hinted of an affair with the England captain.

Busty Jordan seems to have made the allegation while appearing on the reality gameshow I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.

But the footballer's spokeswoman Caroline McAteer said yesterday: "It is a false allegation and will be dealt with by David's lawyers."

DJ Mike Read, who was the first to be evicted from the ITV1 show, told The Sun that Jordan confessed to having an affair with Formula One racing driver Ralf Schumacher.

Read said Jordan then added: "There's someone bigger."

When asked if that someone was Beckham, the model simply nodded, according to the former Radio 1 DJ.

Ex-Atomic Kitten Kerry McFadden, footballer Neil "Razor" Ruddock and Read all appeared shocked when they heard the news.

McFadden was said to have replied: "That's going to be front page news every day for weeks."
Ms McAteer would not comment on whether legal action had already been launched by the footballing star.

As rumours of the affair have spread in the press, Beckham has consistently denied any relationship.

Earlier this week, he told reporters he had only met Jordan once - at dinner with his wife Victoria and Jordan's then boyfriend Dane Bowyers.

The Real Madrid star added: "No offence, but she isn't my type. My only type is Victoria."
