Barratt spreads outside London

HOUSEBUILDER Barratt is venturing out of its London heartland with new housing partnerships across Britain worth an estimated £170m.

The group recently agreed to 80 social housing partnerships in and around the capital and in Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, the Thames Valley, South Coast and across the Midlands.
