Swedish football star Freddie Ljungberg was helped from the scene by Arsenal teammates Patrick Vieira and Sol Campbell after he crashed his £50,000 sports car.

Ljungberg, 26, was unhurt, but a couple in the car he collided with were taken to hospital. The accident happened as the midfielder was driving his BMW M3 on the A41 in north London after training yesterday. Vieira and Campbell saw his smashed vehicle as they drove past and stopped to go to his aid.
