After-school club supervisor 'had sex sessions with 13-year-old after seducing him'

A woman who supervised an after-school sports club had a string of sex sessions with a 13-year-old boy member, a court has heard.

Claire Davies, 31, seduced the schoolboy after pinching his bum and touching him at the rollerblading club, it is claimed.

The flirtatious behaviour allegedly developed into a full-blown affair during which the mother twice had sex with him at his house while his parents were out.

Davies also gave the boy oral sex at the start of the relationship and told him afterwards: "Make sure you don't ignore me now," the jury heard.

She was also said to have performed a sex act on the teenager in the back of a car while his parents drove them home.

The court was told the relationship started in June 1996 after the rollerblading club started up at a school in Dorchester, Dorset. It lasted for about 12 months until it eventually "petered" out.

Davies, now aged 42, was arrested in December 2005 and charged with five counts of indecent assault.

Richard Onslow, prosecuting, said: "The boy had moved to Dorchester with his parents and became interested in rollerblading - lots of people did.

"A club was set up at a school. Because of health and safety the headmaster thought it should be supervised and the defendant became involved.

"When the boy was about 13 there began flirtation started by Davies."

The alleged victim, now aged 24, described to Dorchester Crown Court how the affair started off with Davies' flirting.

"During the course of the clubs there was, I suppose you could describe, a flirtatious relationship between us.

"There was small flirtatious acts which started off liking pinching my bum. It developed into more explicit acts like touching and things like that."

Weeks later Davies progressed things by sliding her hand under his trousers while in the back of his parents' car, he said.

He said his parents were oblivious to what was going on as it was dark, although Davies removed her hand every time they went through a lit-up area.

He then told how Davies gave him oral sex in his bedroom while his parents were out, afterwards making the remark that he could not "ignore her".

Davies is alleged to have then given the schoolboy oral sex again in the work studio of his parents' home in Dorchester before the couple went on to have full sex.

"There were two incidents where we had full sexual intercourse. The first time was in the studio and it was day time."

He recalled how he performed a sex act on her before they started having sex. "She turned around and I stood in front of her. She undid my trousers and took them down and we started to have sex. It was quick and awkward really."

He said the second time was on the floor of the studio.

Davies, of Willow View, Charlton Down, near Dorchester, denies five charges of indecent assault between June 1996 and June 1997.

She also denied a sixth charge relating to another teenage boy.
