800 drivers warned for breaking law

Police have warned about 800 cyclists and drivers in central London for breaking the law.

Offenders in Trafalgar Square, Aldersgate Street, Bishopsgate, Ludgate Hill, Bank and the Barbican were warned they faced £60 penalty fines for cycling through red lights or on pavements and using phones while driving.
