20% pay rise for Disney boss

WALT Disney chairman and chief executive Michael Eisner, under continuing fire from ex-director Roy Disney, saw his pay package rise 20% to $7.3m (£4m) in 2003, according to the company.

The group said Eisner's $1m base pay was unchanged but his stock bonus rose to $6.25m from $5m in 2002.
