The modern Mallorcan villa that served as Casa Amor in last year’s series of Love Island is on the market for £2.5million.

The four-bedroom home where Kem Cetinay and the boys stayed during the dramatic separation challenge has stylish interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, numerous sunbathing terraces and a 14-metre swimming pool.

Totally secluded behind electric gates near the picturesque village of Sant Llorenç de Cardassar, it boasts a designer kitchen, its own vineyard and is surrounded by lemon and orange trees.

The hit ITV2 reality series returned to our screens on Monday with a fresh batch of tanned, toned singletons all eager for a free holiday, a lucrative career flogging protein shakes on Instagram, and maybe even love.

Watching impossibly beautiful people enjoy seemingly endless sunshine every night of the week for two months is enough to make anyone envious, but instead of sulking at the prospect of yet another Great British summer, set your sights on owning one of the many fincas currently for sale on the popular Spanish island.

Budget not stretch that far? Team up with a group of friends and hire out an entire villa for a week of sun, sea and sand.

There are plenty of characterful villas with sparkling pools, barbecues, patios and siesta-ready sofas that still have availability later this summer.

Some sleep up to ten people, so split the cost and enjoy a bigger property without splashing out on the whole thing yourself.

Mallorca is now the second most popular destination for British holidaymakers after Malaga, with the number of us packing our suitcases and jetting out there rising by nearly a quarter year-on-year.
