Cocktail of the Week: Jameson Frappe

Being triple distilled and made from unpeated barley means that Jameson deftly avoids the harsh flavour of other whiskeys and makes it ideal for enjoying as a long drink or cocktail.

1 measure Jameson
2 shots of espresso coffee
a splash of single cream

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with crushed ice, shake vigorously and pour into a martini glass, add grated chocolate or cocoa powder to decorate.
