CURRY AND yoga might not seem to be the ideal bedmates, but that's exactly what's on the menu at Mayfair's glamorous Yatra restaurant. OK, it's not exactly your chicken tikka masala, more a light lunch based on the ancient, health-giving Ayurvedic holistic form of cooking from India.

Leading yoga instructors will be on hand to conduct a series of special weekday lunchtime classes followed by a light lunch featuring delicious, spiced and healthy dishes. The price is astonishingly reasonable for such an intriguing alternative to an M&S sandwich: £15 for a 40min session - and that includes lunch.
