London's best collaboration burgers

Having a dedicated day for every product is overkill but when it comes to burgers normal rules don’t apply. London’s love affair with burgers is so ardent that tomorrow we’ll put our cynicism aside and celebrate Mr Hyde’s National Burger Day with colla-burger-ations.

Bacon features heavily in Prawnography and Burger Bear’s tour de force — that means bacon butter, bacon jam, actual bacon, an XL tiger prawn and beef.

A Thai take on MEATLiquor burgers, created with Peckham’s The Begging Bowl. A rice-flour bun is filled with grilled chicken, sweet pickled cucumbers and sriracha sauce.

Streetfood fave Mother Clucker is doing a residency at The Cat and Mutton pub and that means fried chicken pepped up with pickled peppers, hot sauce and lime mayo.
