Guinness burritos are here for St Patrick's Day

St Paddy's Burrito: The the Guinn-ito will be available to all of those who live near the Clerkenwell or Paddington from Friday
Luke Abrahams15 March 2018

You might already know this, but it's St Patrick's Day this Saturday (March 17) which means everyone is trying to cash in on Ireland's patron saint.

The latest culprit is our dearly beloved Uber Eats who have teamed up with Barburrito to create Guinness burritos.

Sounds fairly revolting, but then everyone thought the same about Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and look how that turned out: it's now bottled in every supermarket in the UK. So who knows?

From Friday March 11, the Guinn-ito will be available to all of those who live near the Clerkenwell or Paddington branches of the Mexican chain. For exactly £8.30, you'll get to nom on a Guinness-infused beef brisket wrapped in a soft burrito wrap blitzed in a spicy sauce.

See, the interesting boozy Irish Mexican mash up doesn't sound too bad now, does it?

Lá Fhéile Pádraig Sona Duit! (that's Happy "St Paddy's Day" in Irish).

The ‘Guinn-ito’ is available on Uber Eats from Friday March 16 to Sunday March 18 to all those who live within a two mile radius of Clerkenwell and Paddington.
