Granger & Co Notting Hill: Global cuisine with an Aussie wink

Healthy-living cuisine from sun up to sun down
Ben Olsen6 December 2017

In the land down under, self-taught cook Bill Granger established himself as one of Australia’s standout chefs since opening his first Sydney restaurant back in 1993. With an emphasis on clean living and quality ingredients, Granger’s take on the Australian good life comes to life across each of his four bright and breezy London branches.

Expect a strong breakfast offering with as high-calibre coffee as you’d expect from an Antipodean and raw juices complementing avocado on rye,  eggs with harissa and Granger’s famed acai bowls. For lunch and dinner, small sharing plates and salads sit alongside heartier fare in the form of shrimp burgers, fish curries and a fantastic roast chicken with fennel. Laid back yet elegant, Granger’s Aussie-inspired feelgood food is proving a winning formula.
