Eating at the Chosan one

10 April 2012

This review published 20/4/01

Chosan is a gem. This small, informal restaurant opened in 1998 and is comfortable, welcoming and unpretentious. The sushi is fresh and the set meals are very good value - a giant wooden boat containing a cargo of assorted sushi and sashimi with miso soup and tea is under £18. Chosan also serves good seafood and noodles, but best of all is the helpful advice for novices.
