Brunch means beer: All Star Lanes is going bottomless
Ben Norum5 August 2016

If you’ve ever spent the earliest waking hours of a weekend guzzling Prosecco while craving a pint, this is the news you’ve been waiting for.

All Star Lanes has teamed up with expert beer writer Melissa Cole to put together a bottomless craft beer brunch pairing local and American brews with US brunch classics.

Dishes will include buttermilk fried chicken, salt beef hash, an egg and sausage muffin, pancakes with berries and sour cream, avocado on toast, and waffles with treacle-cured bacon, salted chilli butter and maple syrup.

Beavertown will be among the UK beers featured, while those representing the US will include Brooklyn, Boulevard and Stevens Point.

There will also be a beer cocktail — or hoptail, if you will — called the Brooklyn Breakfast made with Brooklyn Lager and bourbon.

Specific beers will be paired to each dish, but you’re also free to mix and match as you wish, with £19 getting you endless pints from the full range for a period of 2 hours.
