Chefs Alain Ducasse and Wolfgang Puck will are set to forces to cook a special six-course dinner at Puck’s Park Lane restaurant, CUT.

Ducasse and Puck will marry contemporary French and American cuisine at the dinner, taking guests “on a culinary journey with exceptional wine pairings,” an announcement said.

Both chefs will be accompanied by their leading kitchen teams — including Jean-Philippe Blondet, chef patron at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, and Elliott Grover, executive chef at CUT — and will cook some of the memorable dishes that have helped propel them to stardom.

Ducasse, 66, who holds 20 Michelin stars at restaurants around the world, said the dinner marks an “incredible opportunity” for Blondet and Grover “to exchange ideas and bring together our unique perspectives on cuisine.”

He added: “We are looking forward to partnering with Wolfgang Puck for an extraordinary dinner at his CUT restaurant.

“We are looking forward to creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests."

Puck, meanwhile, who has three Michelin stars — two at Spago in Beverly Hills, and one at CUT in Singapore — and is famous for catering the post-Oscars party, will play host at his restaurant, which was his first in Europe when it launched in 2011. It is famous too for its artwork, which includes Damien Hirst pieces on the walls.

Both Ducasse and Puck will present a course at the dinner, which The Dorchester group promised will be a “memorable feast.”

The dinner will be served from 6-10pm on Wednesday June 7. Tickets are £633, with a £230 wine pairing available. For more information, visit dorchestercollection.com
