Do you find it hard to eat healthy lunches while at work? Sometimes it can seem like it's a choice between a Pret sandwich and bringing your own packed lunch in. Step in, London's new wave of healthy delivery services, which bring nutrition-bursting boxes right to you.

POTAGE

'Eating well, made easy' is exactly what Potage, set up by cook Georgia Cummings in 2012, is all about. All Georgia's seasonal pots (from £6.50) are handmade using a balance of organic meat and eggs and veg from the local market. On the menu you'll find healthy goodness such as fresh salmon and sesame noodle salad and broad bean, orecchiette and ricotta. All food is delivered cold so you can heat it up at a time that suits you and you can order up to 30 minutes before delivery for all those last minute lunches.

LUNCH BXD

Set up by two girls, Anna and Naomi, who met while training at Leiths Cookery School and spotted a gap in the market for fresh, nutritious and natural meals. Sample boxes include baked falafel with a jewelled pomegranate, sumac and parsley couscous salad with green spinach hummus and a chocolate coconut milk shake (£8.50).

Half the carbs: Bel-Air's open sandwich boxes for delivery

THE GOOD LIFE EATERY

Super healthy Chelsea cafe (it's just opened another in Marylebone) delivers its clean and simple juices, superfood salads and wraps through Deliveroo. We're pretty sure your working afternoon will be that more productive after a boost of goodness from its Dr Green Love juice (spinach, kale, apple, coconut) and a Goodness bowl: quinoa tabbouleh, zuccini fettucine, sweat potato falafel and avocado butter. There's something for everyone even if you're gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan. By the way, there's a minimum spend of £15.

BEL-AIR

Hallelujah, this new Californian-style 'feel good fast food' cafe in Shoreditch delivers too. Salads come in small, medium and large with choices such as pearl barley, courgette and harissa (you can add in protein-rich sides such as chicken and mackerel) and they do open sandwiches. If you're after something hot, they do things like black quinoa risotto and crabcakes.

PURE LONDON

If you're not lucky enough to work near a Pure, then you'll be thrilled to know it delivers its healthy, seasonal fare right to your office. The gluten-free Celebrity Skin salad gets our vote (hot smoked salmon, avocado, cashews, cucumber and tomato), as do various of its 'Little Sides' such as feta, beetroot, petit pos and mint. Helpfully, you can find full nutritional info on the website.
