With music videos and films showing on TV, it’s a refreshing take on some of the dive bars in this hood. Head down before word gets out and the crowds kick in.
Best drinks? Ruby’s has a menu of five cocktails that changes monthly. Have a Hemingway daiquiri and follow with a passionfruit Bison vodka julep, all served in tin cups and milk bottles. BarChick almost felt like paying with ration cards.
