It’s one of the newest pubs in Canary Wharf but The Merchant has slotted into the makeup of the area pretty nicely.

As well as offering a good selection of beers and ales on tap, the Merchant prides itself on its menu, too, offering an assured mix of nicely executed contemporary dishes. The Fullers gastropub also features a heated outdoor seating area looking out across the North Dock, making this a good after-work meet-up point.
