Festive pop-up launches in London serving Quality Street cocktails

Chocolate-loving Londoners can soon try their favourite Quality Street flavours in the form of cocktails at a new festive pop-up.

Bar Humbug, a festive cocktail spot launched by Sainsbury’s, is opening in New Oxford Street on December 7 and 8.

The supermarket has teamed up with mixologists Sweet & Chilli to serve up drinks inspired by the chocolate box's most famous flavours, namely the Purple One,the Green Triangle, and the Orange Crunch.

Over the two days, barmen will be concocting the beverages at the bar, as well as teaching visitors how they can recreate them at home, using the likes of salted caramel vodka and hazelnut liqueur.

Guests can also sign up for mixology masterclasses when purchasing a ticket. Other workshops include lessons on how to create an Instagram-ready cheese platters, and how to wow with your present wrapping.

Chocoholics, this may be your ideal Christmas Day tipple – just don't let Grandma have all of them.
