The story of a Big Issue seller who had his life changed forever thanks to a ginger cat called Bob is now well known.

And many will recognise Street Cat Bob who won attention from passers-by when purr-ched on James’ shoulders near Angel tube station.

James now has a bestselling book in the bag, and a film adaptation in the pipeline; the pair are rising to fame fast.

Street Cat Bob helped James to get through his drug addiction, and it would seem he is now doing more good things with his new found fame.

The duo will appear at Notting Hill’s Tabernacle alongside ITN’s Alastair Stewart in an event raising awareness for Ebony Horse Club in Brixton, who use horses to improve young people’s aspirations in the area.
