Ben & Jerry's is giving away free ice cream this week
Ben & Jerry’s will be in London this weekend, giving away free ice cream.
On Saturday July 14, the frozen dessert masters will be at Finsbury Park's Nomad Cinema handing out scoops of ice cream.
The free flavours on offer are part of their new wind-themed range, which features renamed fan favourites including Strawberry Breeze-cake, Cherry Gale-cia and Caramel Blew-Blew.
The new ice creams have been whipped up to support Ben & Jerry's Blown Away campaign, which aims to raise awareness of the benefits of onshore wind energy and its uses in tackling climate change.
Ben & Jerry’s will be touring the country to encourage ice cream lovers to sign their petition, which invites the government to lift its restrictions on onshore wind farms.
As well as London, the folks at Ben & Jerry's will also be visiting Somerset, Manchester and Brighton.
