Apple has joined the big leagues of Netflix, Amazon and Disney in launching its own streaming service – and already, its programming is packing a punch.

From the stellar Morning Show with its all-star cast, to the gripping Defending Jacob, Apple TV+ is fast on its way to become a must-have subscription in your household.

One of its latest offerings is Trying, the warm-hearted comedy-drama starring Rafe Spall and Esther Smith.

Trying follows the ups and downs of couple Jason (Spall) and Nikki (Smith) who discover they can’t conceive after rounds of IVF, and so decide to start the adoption process – which comes with its own difficulties.

Unlike Apple TV’s other programmes, Trying has a distinctly British feel – massively helped by its filming locations, featuring many London landmarks.

Here are the main locations you may have spotted in Trying…

1. Camden High Street and Market

With Jason and Nikki renting out in North London, it’s of little surprise to see the famous Camden market, and its vibrant high street, making regular appearances in the programme.

2. Hampstead Heath

3. Ealing Hospital

The scenes in the first episode of Trying, in which Nikki and Jason are delivered the bad news about their IVF, are filmed at Ealing Hospital.

4. Ealing Town Hall

However, in almost poetic symmetry, the eighth episode of Trying sees the couple filming some of the scenes where they face the committee at Ealing Town Hall.
