It was the judges' stomachs doing somersaults this week as they headed to Thorpe Park park for the final stage of the auditions.

Simon Cowell, Sharon Osborne, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger set up camp in Staines to continue the hunt for this years winner.

But they struggled to agree, with many hopefuls walking away with a mixed bag of yeses and nos.

From a guitar strumming plasterer, to a sibling duo and an actor from Montenegro, here are the must-see auditions from episode seven:

Spencer Sutherland

American Spencer Sutherland may not have perfected the British accent, but he certainly had no trouble winning over the judges with his voice. The 24-year-old - who flew in from Ohio to chase his dreams of becoming a musician - tempted Nicole Scherzinger into an impromptu duet as he performed his rendition of Marvin Gaye's Let’s Get It On.

Despite Simon Cowell telling him he has "picked up some really corny habits" and looked like he had come in to "audition for one of Louis' boy bands" the judges sent him through to Bootcamp with four yeses.

Alex and Leon

The judges were seeing double when sibling duo Leon, 22, and Alex, 18, swapped hotel singing for a shot at stardom. Ed Sheeran Don't

Walsh was concerned they had "fallen into bad habits" as hotel singers but said he could see their "potential beyond the songs". Scherzinger and Osbourne agreed, but Cowell feared they "don't know where they should be going" and gave them a no.

Rai Elle

Cowell was smiling from ear to ear when 16-year-old Rai from Croydon belted out Awolnation's Sail. The crowd were cheering and host Dermot O'Leary and Scherzinger were clapping as she wrapped up the "fantastic" set. Osbourne said she "loved the way you worked us all" while Cowell compared her "attitude" to a "canary who bites your hand off and you think 'woah I wasn't expecting that'". Despite Scherzinger's fear that she may be too young she was ushered through to the next round with four yeses.

Slavko

"Slavko has arrived" - and he could be the new 'Friday night' from last year's auditions. The 31-year-old actor from Montenegro sashayed his way into the audition room to dance his way through Beyonce's End of Time, even stopping to ask a perplexed looking Cowell: "Ok Simon, are you ready?"

After the performance Cowell said: "Slavko I can honestly say I've never seen or heard anything like that. Walsh added: "You're not the best singer in the world but you're one of the best performers." After making Osbourne "perspire" he received three yeses from the judges.
