One of the biggest talking points of this year’s X Factor has been contestant Mason Noise.

The 22 year-old singer from Birmingham seemed to torpedo his chances of remaining in the competition at the Six Chair Challenge, ranting at Simon Cowell about his minimal screen time from the initial auditions – a confrontation which led the judge to brand Noise an ‘a******e’.

However, when contestant Tom Bleasby stepped down from the show, Mason was brought back by Nick Grimshaw for Judges’ Houses.

As reported by the Daily Star, it has emerged that Mason Noise, now competing in the live rounds of the show, was formerly signed to Ambition Worldwide Entertainment, with a roster including Olivia Newton John, and K.D. Lang.

The singer has also starred in glossy music videos for his songs Take A Seat and Blow The Doors Off, the latter of which is a short film over nine minutes long.

Mason’s track Take A Seat reportedly received airtime on MTV in the States, and the singer has previously performed alongside former X Factor group Miss Dynamix in 2013.

In the X Factor auditions this year it emerged that ‘farm girl’ contestant Hannah Marie Kilminster was a former backing singer on Britain’s Got Talent.
