The brand new trailer for Sky original Riviera teases an explosive look at the events of the upcoming third series.

Set one year on from the dramatic events of season two’s finale, the elusive Georgina, played by Julia Stiles, has finally abandoned the Riviera that served as the backdrop to so much high-stakes intrigue.

Reinventing herself with a new surname and a new career in art restitution, she starts to forge a new life for herself in Venice, where she crosses paths with the charismatic Gabriel Hirsch, played by Rupert Graves.

However, it's not long before they become embroiled in a conspiracy - one that will take them back to Saint Tropez and then on to Buenos Aires in Argentina, placing them “in the middle of a political cover-up,” as Georgina puts it in the trailer.

The show’s third outing looks set to be its most thrilling yet, with its stunning far-flung settings providing a perfect antidote to any lockdown-induced wanderlust.
