Love Island 2017: Jessica Shears and Dom Lever get closer while Kem Cetinay cracks on with Amber Davies

But will the arrival of two new boys cause a shake-up in the villa?
Confused: Dom admits to feeling conflicted about liking Jess and Montana
ITV

Last night’s Love Island saw controversial couple Jessica Shears and Dom Lever head out on a date, leaving Montana, (Dom’s ex-partner) feeling lonely.

In tonight’s episode, romance between the pair appears to be blossoming, with Dom telling Jess he’s had “more fun” with her than he did with Montana - quite the blow for the 21-year-old student.

But Dom heads to the Beach Hut to confess he’s still “confused” about his feelings, saying he felt like “a bit of a tool” for the way things had played out.

Meanwhile Montana presses him for information asking “Do you have feelings for Jess?”, causing Mancunion Dom to admit “She’s a nice girl, I’ve started to like her.”

Fearing for her future on the island Montana begins to strategise with fellow islander Chloe Crowhurst about potentially partnering up with ex Blazin’ Squad member (who knew?!) Marcel Somerville.

That’s until she receives a text announcing the arrival of the new boys Chris Hughes and Jonny Mitchell, causing all previous plotting to go out the window.

Unsurprisingly the girls are thrilled at the news that fresh talent will soon be touching down in the villa, chanting “girls on top”. The boys: less so.

Elsewhere Kem Cetinay continues his very unsubtle attempt to win over Amber Davies’ affections, after she was put off by partner Harley Judge’s touchy feely attention.

But could Kem have made the same mistake as Harley and come on too strong?

As the

Essex lad attempts to steal a snog, the object of his affections rebuffs him saying: “I’ll tell you when we can kiss. You’re not putting it on me.” Awkward.

Many would argue the cocky hairdresser could do with a bit of an ego check after Tuesday’s episode saw him slated on Twitter for judging Amber when he found out she’d slept with two guys in the same night.

Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
