Katie Price and Kris Boyson sign up for couples' counselling on Celebs Go Dating

The couple are seeking relationship advice from the show's dating coaches

Katie Price and boyfriend Kris Boyson are set to take part in couples’ counselling in the new series of Celebs Go Dating in an attempt to strengthen their troubled relationship.

The former glamour model and her personal trainer boyfriend, who have been in a relationship for a year, will become the first couple to seek advice from the E4 show’s dating coaches Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick.

The reality star said that she and Boyson had decided to join the show as they struggle with seeing “untrue stories” about one another in the media.

“We’ve come to Paul and Anna to help us out because there are just too many people involved in our relationship,” Price explained. “Too many chefs around and too many stories going on about us.”

“There are untrue stories so that causes problems and ends up getting us asking each other ‘Oh, well did you say that?’ I hope the agents will sort us out so we can end up happy ever after.”

Speaking in a short video clip released ahead of their appearance on the show, Boyson told Price: “I think our relationship just needs help because we disagree on a lot of things.

“We’ve been together a year, we’ve had a bit of a rough time.”

He went on to joke that Williamson and Carrick have “probably dealt with some nightmares like you before,” prompting Price to hit back: “Hang on a minute, I’m not a nightmare. You think you’re Mr Perfect.”

“Hopefully we’re going to move in together soon, but I think we need these guys’ help don’t we?” he continued.
